1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hustelio platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hustelio Technologies Ltd ("Hustelio", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with notice posted on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following requirements to use the Platform:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited
  • Have successfully completed Hustelio's identity verification process
  • Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform

Hustelio reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to deny or revoke access where eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify Hustelio immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You may not create more than one account, share your account with any third party, or allow any other person to access your account.

4. Platform Use

The Platform provides access to structured digital tasks and associated tools. You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

All activity on the Platform must be conducted in good faith. Hustelio monitors Platform activity and reserves the right to investigate and take action in respect of suspected misuse.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following on or in relation to the Platform:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or activity
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful or malicious code
  • Circumvent any security, access control, or verification measures

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Hustelio or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Hustelio's intellectual property without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, but grant Hustelio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and process such content for the purposes of operating the Platform.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Hustelio does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Participants are solely responsible for their own decisions in connection with Platform use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hustelio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Hustelio's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of EUR 100 or the total amount paid by you to Hustelio in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Hustelio may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Hustelio, third parties, or the public. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
